Jersey, Corpus Christi, and Dallas is a fast-growing, national fundraising consulting firm. Key markets include higher education, arts, social services, and healthcare non-profit clients. We consult to our clients on strategizing and implementing major fundraising campaigns for capital projects (such as new buildings), key program initiatives, and endowment.

We are seeking a highly motivated professional individual to serve as an Administrative Assistant in our Henderson, NV office.

Responsibilities:

Provide administrative and logistical assistance to the Campaign Services Team

  • Answering phones and routing calls to the correct person or taking messages
  • Research and conducting data to prepare documents for review and presentation to boards of directors, committees, and executives
  • Helping prepare for meetings
  • Compile and maintain fundraising reports for multiple clients using Excel and Word tables
  • Focus on the maintenance of accuracy and integrity of all electronic recordkeeping
  • Manage and prepare client trackers for potential prospects – individuals, corporations, and foundations
  • Research potential donors as needed
  • Prepare study reports for distribution to the clients
  • Provide general administrative support

Requirements:

  • High school diploma required
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong computer skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook. At least 1 year of professional experience with these applications is required
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant, or other relevant administrative support experience
  • Able to organize a daily workload by priorities
  • Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment
  • Must be a self-starter, be able to work independently, and have the ability to check the

accuracy of your work

  • Outgoing pleasant personality
  • Business-like appearance and demeanor
  • Experience in the non-profit development field is preferred
