The Administrative Assistant is a valuable team player that supports the team’s strategies, goals, and performance my championing project-critical initiative and deliverables. This position’s duties and responsibilities include providing outstanding administrative support to ensure efficient operation. They will support the team by completing a variety of tasks related to the department and doing so in an accurate, effective, and timely manner.
Job Functions
- Answers desk phone, takes messages and relays info to team.
- Stationed at desk for organizing and maintaining files, binders, and active folders
- Oversight of office appearance and orderliness.
- Provides back up coverage for other administrative staff within the business.
- Purchase office supplies and maintaining office supply inventory.
- Responds to written or phone inquiries and determines proper routing for action.
- Process Invoices.
- Update Meeting Agendas Weekly.
- Holiday gifts to tenants
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Create, edit, and maintain simple presentations in MS PowerPoint.
- Update Project Management Software Weekly
- Order office collateral.
- Update team calendar weekly.

Preferred Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 3 years or more experience working in administrative assistant role
Time Requirements
- Full-Time in Office Monday - Friday
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
