The MYgroup Administrative Assistant works closely with the clinical team of licensed mental health professionals providing services to our EAP clients. Our EAP is a company-sponsored benefit that offers free, confidential assessments, short-term counseling, referrals, and follow-up services to employees and family members who have personal and/or work-related problems. We also offer a student assistance program (SAP) to colleges and universities and a member assistance program (MAP) to associations. Our corporate staff and affiliate network help clients address a broad and complex body of issues. Areas of focus are mental and emotional well-being, as well as work-related performance and organizational challenges. The MYgroup Administrative Assistant manages the day-to-day front office operations, including responding to requests for mental health services in a caring and HIPAA-compliant manner. The MYgroup Administrative Assistant handles frequent interruptions and pivots rapidly between multiple tasks. The MYgroup Administrative Assistant works well under pressure, maintains professional courtesy, de-escalates tension, and follows policy while using creativity to solve problems in the moment.
