The administrative assistant on our team is a very important role. This person will be responsible for handling key functions of our real estate transactions. This includes but not limited to executed checklists and daily tasks, communication between clients and other parties of a transaction, organizing team goals and data, learning company and team systems. We are looking for an high energy individual who is extremely organized, punctual and passionate about helping others.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

  • Bonus pay

Experience:

  • Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)

Hours per week:

  • 10-19

Typical start time:

  • 9AM

Typical end time:

  • 2PM

Administrative Duties:

  • Scheduling
  • Running errands
  • Sorting and sending mail
  • Answering and routing phone calls
  • Managing social media
