The Administrative Assistant supports the services of the team members to provide a smooth operating and efficient department.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES:
1) Administrative
- Enter and retrieves data using Word, Excel or other databases;
- Answers and triages calls;
- Maintains team calendar(s);
- Takes accurate messages;
- Completes regulatory reporting via CrownWeb, etc.;
- Completes monthly billing and inventory reports;
- Sorts and distributes mail and sets up meetings;
- Maintains inventory;
- Greets all visitors and patients;
- Provides clerical assistance to team members;
- Order and maintains supplies; and
- Understands and supports business goals.
2) Education
- Attends team meetings and takes minutes as requested; and
- Ensures all required regulatory training attained annual

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Education
- High School diploma or GED;
- AA degree preferred
Experience
- At least 12 months experience as an Administrative Assistant;
- BA degree can be substituted for relevant work experience

- Excellent PC skills;
- Excellent organizational skills;
- Able to function at a high level with little operational oversight;
- Excellent problem solving skills; and
- Exemplary interpersonal skills; able to effectively communicate (verbal and written) with diverse backgrounds and different organizational levels.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Able to sit and work at computer for extended periods of time;
- Walk, sit, lift no more than 20 pounds; and
- Must be willing to travel to network facilities and sites as needed.
