You will be responsible for…

  • Supporting department and leadership by serving as associate liaison; serving as a resource for associates (for example, procedures, associate concerns); collaborating with internal partners (for example, HR teams) to help address associate issues; sharing information with manager (for example, upward feedback, observations); gathering and sharing ideas; working within networks to share and escalate information; navigating the organization to remove barriers and accomplish goals; and developing and maintaining an internal network.
  • Leading and managing administrative aspects of calendar management, event planning, and scheduling travel by responding to and scheduling calendar events; identifying and scheduling meeting locations; resolving schedule conflicts; collaborating with others to obtain relevant resources or information; planning, scheduling, and coordinating events and travel at the direction of others; and organizing business-related pre-travel preparation.
  • Utilizing business and process knowledge to provide assistance with electronic, verbal, and written communications by answering, directing, and transferring calls; taking messages; reviewing, resolving, and following-up to ensure resolution of requests, issues, and questions; composing and organizing communications at the direction of others; and receiving, reviewing, and prioritizing incoming messages.
  • Providing data and information management by entering, compiling, organizing, filtering, and maintaining data and information in documents, business tools, and electronic forms; identifying and escalating data errors; reviewing data for completeness; drafting, proofing, and updating presentations, reports, and templates using computer software; and maintaining discretion, confidentiality, and security of data, information, and communications.
  • Supporting business operations by receiving, distributing; verifying, submitting, and documenting requests and reports (for example, invoices, supply requests, expense reports) against established guidelines; ensuring company assets are protected and equipment is maintained; monitoring deadlines and communicating between relevant partners; scheduling travel-related activities; and acting as a coordinator or liaison for visiting associates and guests.
  • Completing work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborating with managers, co-workers, customers, and other business partners; identifying priorities, deadlines, and expectations; carrying out tasks; communicating progress and information; determining and recommending ways to address improvement opportunities; and adapting to and learning from change, difficulties, and feedback.
  • Complying with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans; using the Open Door Policy; and applying these in executing business processes and practices.
