Escrow and Title - Oklahoma City, OK

Employment Type : Full-Time

Full Time (40 hours/week). Monday – Friday. 8:00am to 5:00pm

AEROtitle is a well-established Aviation Title and Escrow company located near the Will Rogers World Airport in Oklahoma City. Benefits include PTO, vacation time, Health insurance, Dental insurance, Vision insurance, Simple IRA with employer matching (up to 3%).

Starting pay will be $15 per hour / insurance & evaluation for raise after 90 days.

AEROtitle is seeking an individual of high character with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. This candidate must be able to perform tasks that require a high degree of concentration and attention to detail. The ideal candidate is a trainable team player, who is willing to learn and grow with us. Strong written and verbal communication skills are important. This candidate must maintain a professional mindset and interact well with others in a business environment. We are seeking a candidate who can maintain a reliable work schedule and handle a fast-paced work environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Responsible for supporting business operations through administrative tasks

- Draft formal documents

- Help to maintain office organization and filing systems

- Correspond with customers and clients via e-mail and telephone

- Work with others within the office to complete tasks in a team effort
