This position supports advanced administrative tasks in a fast-paced office and warehouse environment. The incumbent possesses advanced office support knowledge, strong analytical, oral/written communication, problem solving, basic research, and time management skills. Responsibilities

• Answers high volume of incoming calls and emails professionally and quickly
• Receives instructions and assists supervisor or manager with team needs, training and departmental support
• Prepares and reports on key metrics measurements for the business unit
• Manages multiple administrative tasks in a fast-paced office under minimal supervision, and attention to detail
• Tracks and monitors customer shipments to ensure shipments arrive on time
• Maintains up-to-date knowledge of UPS products and services

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Outlook, and Excel)
• Experience in Customer Service, Clerical Support and/or Project Management
• Bachelor's Degree (or internationally comparable degree)
