Job Description

Design hardware, program and support the additive manufacturing of fixturing and tooling within the CCTC Technical Group.

Utilize and effectively program CAD tools(or other skills) to create prototype tools required for project completion.

Process 3D model print requests including reviewing files, validate printability, notification of exceptions, and the establishment and communication of printing schedules.

Prep, program, operate, and maintain AM, CNC's, measurement, post-processing, and test equipment to output the tool, part, and/or component to the exact specifications of project requirements and /or staff needs.

Work directly with Engineers and Staff to Support the processing of print requests, production of printed parts, inventories of print materials, and the maintenance of associated 3D printers.

Continuously meet and occasionally exceed (where necessary) production schedules and staff expectations and needs

Achieve established work-area cleanliness standards and maintain a high-degree of organization in work area(s); follow and support 5S program efforts

Perform work in a safe manner and adhere to safety programs, processes, and procedures set forth for the specific process and for company safety programs in general

Qualifications

Degree Preference: Chemical, Materials, Mechanical, Aerospace, Industrial, Electrical, Industrial, Business, Procurement, Finance, Etc.

Mechanical or Materials Engineering with CAD-Platform(Siemens' NX, Solidworks, etc.) experience.

20-29 hours per week. Flexible hours due to school schedules. 1st Shift only.
