Apartment Therapy Media is looking for a detail-oriented and collaborative Ad Operations Coordinator to join its team! This role will play a critical role in strategic revenue generation. As a part of the tight-knit and supportive Ad Operations team, the Ad Operations Coordinator is a highly valued member of both the revenue team and organization at large. This role reports directly to the Director, Ad Operations and is a great opportunity to make a strong impact at a growing digital media company.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all aspects of digital ad campaigns, including forecasting, trafficking, delivery, optimization, and reporting.
  • Perform quality assurance checks and troubleshoot issues with campaigns to ensure flawless execution across all platforms and devices.
  • Work closely with the account management team to provide updates and ensure they are kept apprised of all developments that may impact their campaigns.
  • Contribute to the development of optimization strategies on a campaign-by-campaign basis to maximize both yield and advertiser performance.
  • Traffic and maintain digital display, video, and programmatic ads, ensuring deal terms are met including delivery rates, start and end date, reporting requirements, viewability expectations, etc.
  • Work closely with the yield team to resolve issues related to PG/PMP deals, with the ability to resolve root cause and recommend concrete next steps.
  • Optimize performance, price points, and technical set up to drive yield across campaigns and SSPs to ensure full delivery and increase creative engagement.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years practical working experience in online advertising space, Google Ad Manager experience preferred.
  • Proactive and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work independently.
  • High level of attention to detail with the ability to catch errors.
  • Demonstrated adaptability, initiative, and a collaborative perspective.
  • Excellent client service, and verbal and written communication skills.
