Use your retirement plan consulting and/or actuarial expertise to help drive better retirement outcomes through a customized process that is optimally tailored for each plan sponsor, often within the Defined Contribution arena. The position resides within Retirement Plan Strategies (RPS); a team of investment and actuarial professionals focused on delivering consultative solutions to retirement plan sponsors. The associate in this role is primarily responsible for supporting financial wellness solutions to Prudential Retirement clients, with a heavy focus on retirement plan design consulting. The Design Specialist will construct, review and support models as part of a collaborative consultative team passionate about providing retirement security through defined contribution plans as well as other qualified and non-qualified retirement programs. The Design Specialist will collaborate closely with RPS retirement actuaries, other members of our Full Service Solutions (FSS) organization, client facing and sales teams, plan sponsors and their financial intermediaries. We will help to drive better retirement outcomes through a customized process that is optimally and individually designed for each plan sponsor.
