Acquisition Integration Specialist

Job Description
The role of the Integrations Specialist will drive the new practice integrations process from
beginning to end. This role will be responsible for acting as the liaison between SBS’s business
support team and the practice to seamlessly coordinate successful integrations. You will be
responsible for training and integrating new team members
Responsibilities
- Operate as an ambassador for the organization to welcome, integrate, develop, and retain
key talent in new affiliate practices
- Assist the Director of Practice Integrations with assessing new partnership offices and
team members after initial onboarding to assess retention and identify additional training
required
- Act as central point of contact for new partners to field questions, coordinate solutions
and address their concerns.
- Continually build and nurture a positive working relationship with the doctor(s) and staff.
- Ensure SBS’s values are adhered to throughout the new practice/group onboarding
process.
- Follow the proper protocols for communication of ideas, questions, concerns or issues
- Coordinate transition non-approved vendors to approved vendors
- Coordinate transition plan which includes: Coordinate vendor change management,
provide training program on new system for new team members and maintain
communication with office
- Train staff on dental management platform
- Collaborate with all department leads provide communication & updates through
SmartSheets
- Ensure that any project change requests are assessed for impact to schedule and
communicate to the Integrations Team Lead
- Communicate directly with the Acquisition Integration Team Lead
- Extensive travel with up to 50-60% overnight based on the logistics of acquisitions.
