We have an exciting opportunity for a Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team. The Accounts Payable Clerkwill perform assigned duties within accounts payable and provide support to accounts receivable.

Responsibilities:

• High volume data entry
• Batch control and balancing
• Weekly disbursements
• Shared scanning responsibility of A/P documentation
• Fixed asset set up and maintenance
• Key journal entries
• Daily cash reconciliation
• Support A/R cash receipts entry and A/R credit card processing

Qualifications:

• High School graduate; AA degree; or equivalent combination of skills and education
• Functional accounting knowledge
• Excellent data entry skills
• Intermediate level Excel experience
• Business math proficiency
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to work in a team oriented environment
• Analytical skills and strong attention to details
• Time management skills
