This position involves the application of complex fiscal/financial/auditing functions in connection with reviewing and processing documents as part of the collections process. An incumbent is required to have advanced technical knowledge, and the ability to apply complex state or federal laws, rules and regulations to evaluate taxpayer accounts and ensure the proper filing of collections documents. The position may be cross trained through multiple functional areas involving various tax functions, including income tax, gross receipts, and withholding tax processing.
