_ _Job Summary:
The Accountant should have extensive accounting experience and a high level of QuickBooks experience
(QBO and QBD). Accountant will work closely with and reporting to the various business managers.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned

• Perform monthly, quarterly and annual accounting activities including downloading transactions and reconciliation of bank and credit card accounts

• Preparation of monthly financial statements

• QuickBooks for general ledger work and Tax write ups

• Review and analyze tax files in order to compile and organize client tax data in preparation for tax return processing

Job Requirements

• Education and Experience: *

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• QuickBooks Pro Advisor, not required, but a plus

• Tax experience, * not required, but a plus*

• Tax preparation experience, * not required, but a plus*

• 3 to 5+ years in qualified accounting/tax prep/business management firm * *

• Excellent verbal and written communications skills

• Detailed oriented with strong organizational skills

• Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills

• High level of QuickBooks experience

• Computer and current technology skills

• Fluent in English, both oral and written

• Excellent judgment, able to prioritize workload, and manage multiple projects and deadlines

• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications including Excel, and Word
