Accounting Associate – Par-time

LG H&H USA is thrilled to seek a detailed and analytical individual to serve as Accounting Associate. In this role, the Accounting Associate will manage daily accounting, financial, and reporting for General Management.

Responsibilities

1. Accounts Payable & Receivable

- Collect, review, and process vendor invoices.

- Perform data entry associated with accounts payable

- Obtain corporate credit card usage reports and prepare communication to employees related to

reconciliation

2. Bank Reconciliation

- Input all the bank transfers in the system

- Input daily auto-debit transactions in the system and gather all the invoices related to this transaction

- Reconcile the ending balance in the bank rec. module with actual bank statement

Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field

- 3+ years of experience

- Exceptional data analysis and reporting capabilities

- Excellent interpersonal skills

- Advanced Excel skills

- Experience using ERP System (Preferred)

- Ability to handle multiple projects, working both collaboratively and independently

- Must be highly organized have high attention to detail

- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment

- Bilingual English/ Korean required

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
