Accounting/Administration Associate– Part Time (Consultant/Contractor)

Reports to: Finance/HR Manager

Hours: ~20/week - flexible schedule

Responsibilities:

  • Full cycle Accounts Payable
  • Accounts receivable activities
  • Billing/invoicing customers
  • Maintaining files
  • General administrative support

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years accounting experience
  • College degree or accounting certificate
  • Proficient using QuickBooks
  • Knowledge of MS Excel
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment desirable

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
