Website: http://www.transglobalus.com Objective We are looking for a detail-oriented Commission Assistant to support our accounting department on insurance sales commission and basic accounting duties Responsibilities 1. Basic accounting functions: AP/AR, credit card/bank reconciliation, bookkeeping 2. Calculate insurance commission using the formula, prepare reports, generate commission statements 3. Data entry on Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks 4. E-filing to a cloud system and paper filing with accurate record retention 5. Perform general accounting duties in a timely manner 6. Administrative support: photocopy, scan documents, generate reports, email correspondence, filing 7. Handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality Qualifications 1. Prefer 1+ year of experience in basic accounting 2. Bilingual in both English and Mandarin Chinese 3. Strong mathematic calculation, good with numbers 4. Ability to work under pressure, highly self-motivated, and detail-oriented 5. Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment as a team player Required Computer Skills 1. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel 2. Proficient in keyboarding and 10-key 3.
