Knowledge/experience in QuickBooks, Excel, payroll, vendor, merchant, and account reconciliations, billing, payables, and financial reporting is essential, as is the ability to learn and master new software packages quickly. Accuracy is essential. We regularly use QuickBooks and Microsoft Office. A bookkeeping or QuickBooks certification is a plus, as are college-level courses in accounting, but not required. The ideal candidate will have a desire to continually learn new skills as well as a friendly personality. This is a positive, energetic, and FUN business. You will work with other team members in our Northcentral Arkansas office.
