We are seeking a full or part-time, computer-savvy bookkeeper or accountant who is detail-oriented, accurate, organized, loves numbers, craves structure, and has a blast balancing things. The business helps small business owners grow their businesses and achieve their dreams. We offer bookkeeping, payroll, accounting, tax, consulting, and tax remediation services. Our client base includes individuals and small business owners who are creative enough to run and grow their own businesses that count on us to manage compliance issues and help them get to the next level of business success.

Knowledge/experience in QuickBooks, Excel, payroll, vendor, merchant, and account reconciliations, billing, payables, and financial reporting is essential, as is the ability to learn and master new software packages quickly. Accuracy is essential. We regularly use QuickBooks and Microsoft Office. A bookkeeping or QuickBooks certification is a plus, as are college-level courses in accounting, but not required.

The ideal candidate will have a desire to continually learn new skills as well as a friendly personality. This is a positive, energetic, and FUN business. You will work with other team members in our Northcentral Arkansas office.
