Account Support Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Support sales to ensure client satisfaction
- Educate existing clients about unused product/service lines to generate account growth
- Communicate with clients at a senior level to resolve issues and inquiries
- Generate innovative ideas to support customers and boost brand awareness
- Use client feedback to improve customer experience
- Ensure brand consistency
- Stay up to date with product launches and provide support to clients and the sales team
- Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and monitor their preferences.
- Resolve customer issues through the Business Development Representatives regarding procurement and service.
- Provide expertise when setting and adjusting pricing plans and discount rates.
- Provide advanced negotiation expertise.
- Provides Support to Business Development Representatives by assisting with:
- CRM updating
- Account Creation/Updating
- Contract Submittals
- Logistics Scheduling
- Pricing, pricing reviews
- Setting up and maintaining customer price files and formulas.
- Submit supporting account forms and documentation
- Responsible for tracking of SEDD customer assets.
- Responsible for tracking of Wisconsin DNR Electronics Recycling Program weight and reporting.
Requirements
- Proven work experience as an Account Support Specialist
- Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
- Familiarity with salesteam terminology and technique
- Excellent communication skills with a customer service attitude
- Strong analytical and organization skills
EducationPreferred- High School/GED or better in General Studies
- Associates or better in General Studies
