We currently have a Full-time (40 hours) Account Service Support Representative position: 8:30-5:10p M,T,W,F - Thursday 8a-4:40p No Saturday hours. Under general supervision, projects a professional company image through mail correspondence and website email responses. Provides administrative support to Call Center staff. Works with the Sales & Service Quality Control Specialist to maintain and update the departments procedure manual. Works closely with Call Center staff to assist in enhancing the members experience and meeting service expectations. Must demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
