Account Sales Executives are responsible for overall customer relationship within the designated accounts (as directed by the Enterprise Sales Manager), Cross Selling, Up Selling and overall expansion of the relationship. Account Executives will report to an Enterprise Sales Manager to drive growth, market penetration and customer satisfaction.
Core Duties
- Execution and attainment of growth targets:
- Cross Selling
- Up Selling
- Revenue
- Account Planning
- Segment focus and assignment per direction of Enterprise Business Development Manager
- Relationship building and management
- Coordination & communication with Client Consulting functions to ensure overall continuity within Accounts
- Forecasting of Deals and PARR - frequency and accuracy
Experience
- Prior B2B Sales Experience with a consistent track record of account expansion and achievement of sales goals/quotas - in Enterprise Accounts
- Experience within the Insurance industry is a must
- Ability to identify opportunities for growth - that align with Patra Services
- Prior experience with the development, documentation and execution of Account Plans
- Ability to maneuver large complex accounts
- Build a network of contacts and trust within the accounts - at multiple levels
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
- Command of the sales process and the role of Account Management
- Ability to travel to customer sites and industry events
- Experience with Sales Contracts at both the MSA and SOW level
- Strong negotiation skills and excellent use of business judgement
- A command and use of a CRM for Account and Deal visibility and forecasting
