Under guidance of Regional Operations Manager or Senior Account Manager, the Account Manager is responsible for all aspects of Client Service Team operations including CCMSI profit and loss accountability. Develop and maintain key business relationships with the clients and other regulatory bodies and companies as appropriate.Responsibilities:

Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills required.
Education and/or ExperienceBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred. 10 or more years of experience handling claims required.
Computer SkillsProficient with Microsoft Office programs such as, Word, Excel, Outlook.
Certificates, Licenses, RegistrationsWorking toward ARM, CIC or similar insurance industry designation required. Adjusters license required based upon jurisdiction.
