We’re Looking For:

An Account Manager that will support and cultivate buyer retention, and growth. You will act as the personal liaison for dealers hips within a dedicated region, ensuring that expectations are set and met while facilitating an exceptional customer experience.

By p rovid ing superior customer service , you ensure your accounts have the tools and information needed to utilize our software and be successful . Driving buyer adoption within your dedicated region, you will be the voice of the company and the bridge to our clients’ success.

  • A Proud Ambassador. Taking ownership of all buy -side activity in your region, you proudly and enthusiastically teach best practices to ensure success as well as facilitate buyer referrals from your dealers.

  • Agile . Sometimes the day changes and you will help in unexpected ways, but hey, who doesn’t like knocking a curveball out of the park?

You will:

  • Act as the main point of contact for dealerships within your assigned book of business.

  • Maintain a good flow of communication with all departments while acting cross-organizationally to ensure satisfaction of stakeholders and resolution of issues.

  • Develop and maintain competitive knowledge and expertise in areas of products, industry trends, and other developments. Understand and react to the competitive landscape .

  • Thoroughly document all research and customer interactions in our CRM to ensure product and service reliability .

  • Track daily, weekly, monthly call activity and performance measurements against goals and sales targets using CRM software to m eet or exceed all goals and KPIs.

You Have:

  • College degree or equivalent professional experience.

  • 2- 3 + years in a customer focused, industry specific, or account management position; preferred.

  • Experience selling SaaS platforms into dealerships a plus.

  • Superior communication skills, able to clearly articulate ideas and concepts.

  • Intermediate knowledge of both Microsoft Office and Google Suite products.

  • Demonstrable knowledge of CRM tools; Salesforce and Pipedrive strongly preferred.

  • Ability to blend sales acumen, outstanding interpersonal skills, and enthusiasm to stay flexible in a fast-paced, changing environment.
