DESCRIPTION SUMMARY: Account Manager is responsible for selling products and services in a pre-established territory. Account Manager must be able to grow sales territory to obtain company goals. Account Manager is expected to perform at 100% to quota. Individual should maintain records on each account and communicate as often as required with all current accounts. All potential account issues must be resolved immediately. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum 3 years prior sales experience necessary. BS or BA degree desired. Knowledge of Medicare criteria desired. Other advanced education or commensurate experience in another health care environment is a plus. Salesforce experience desired. Advance skill level of Microsoft Office Suite; specifically, Word, Excel & PowerPoint. EXPERIENCE: Requires strong verbal and written communication skills. Requires excellent presentation and organizational skills. The ability to provide client services and present Byram in a professional manner is important. Basic managerial skills are needed to coordinate efforts of support from multiple disciplines. Must be ethical, enthusiastic, and charismatic and have a strong work ethic. Competitive with a passion to excel. Ability to comprehend the big picture and the Byram mission and strategic priorities. Computer skills as required for communication and reports, such as e-mail, Internet, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
