Position Overview

This position combines traditional Marketing and Sales roles and requires strong people skills and diligence. Primary responsibilities include visiting real estate offices, giving presentations to real estate agents, making outbound calls to real estate professionals, and participating in networking opportunities to grow the number of inspections we perform through increased agent referrals.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the face of VBI and promote the company vision throughout all communications
  • Build and maintain strong relationships and partnerships with top real estate agencies and offices
  • Grow your territory according to the company marketing plan
  • Reach minimum KPI goals for office visits, presentations, outbound calls, and networking events
  • Answer inbound calls as needed to convey the benefits of our services to potential clients and schedule appointments
  • Update and maintain our marketing automation platform and databases
  • Evaluate existing territories and make recommendations to better market to our service area
  • Timely follow-up to all real estate professionals and client requests
  • Attend broker and client open houses, tours, and other networking events as necessary
  • Compliance with all policies and procedures of the company

Desired Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or Liberal Arts: 4 years of sales experience may be substituted in place of a degree
  • Customer service mentality
  • Ability to work fluidly with different people and personality styles
  • Strong initiative, with the ability to manage time well in an environment with concurrent assignments and deadlines; ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively and diplomatically with peers, clients, and real estate professionals
  • Familiar with Active Campaign, Salesforce, and/or other CRM platforms
  • Knowledge of social media marketing strategies and techniques
  • Intermediate computer skills (G-suite/MS Office)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability and tenacity to follow up and follow through on all interactions
  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members
  • Enthusiastic with a willingness to learn and be coachable
  • Participate in ongoing sales training

Compensation

This position has a total earning potential of $70,000. Full-time benefits include medical insurance, 401k contribution, paid vacation and holidays.

Pay: Up to $70,000.00 per year
