About this Job

We are real estate valuation firm based in Aptos that's looking for an Account Manager to help procure, place and track real estate appraisal orders.

As an Account Manager, you will have the responsibility for taking appraisal orders from clients and placing the order with an appraiser. The orders are tracked via our online order system and require daily involvement. Your responsibilities will play an important role in clearing away distractions so that the appraisers can focus on completing their appraisal reports. Aside from managing the appraisal process, the job at times will involve customer service calls and marketing to prospective clients.

Account Manager:
· Must have a pleasant demeanor on the phone and in your emails, even under pressure and be able to handle difficult customers/appraisers with empathy and tact.
· Must be able to handle multiple assignments/tasks quickly and efficiently.
· Must be able to add new clients and manage existing clients by building strong personal relationships and providing excellent customer service. Must know and understand your accounts and their needs inside and out.
· Must be a team player and cover for co workers when they are out. Need to help out with small projects around the office when time permits.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Job Duties:

  • Manage multiple accounts, ensuring that a high level of customer retention and satisfaction is maintained
  • Engage with multiple customers on a daily basis by reaching out to new clients, and by developing campaigns for maintaining customer loyalty
  • Record changes to customer accounts, updating service packages, adding accounts, and removing accounts as needed
  • Other duties as requested
