Agency MVP is a VC-funded start-up that is rapidly expanding in Austin. We are a smart lead management system specifically tailored to the insurance industry. Our goal is to be the #1 lead management tool for Insurance Agencies.
We are looking for an Account Executive to join our growing team and be an integral part of achieving this goal. This is a full-time position for a sales professional that is looking for an exciting opportunity in software sales with one of the fastest growing B2B software companies in the Industry.

As an Account Executive, you will work both inbound and outbound leads, meet virtually with Insurance Agencies to understand their needs and demonstrate how our software addresses those needs then help them move forward with the purchase and next steps.

Here is what we feel is necessary for success in the position:
- Work hard, learn quickly and give 110%
- 1 – 3 + years B2B Inside Sales or B2B Account Management with a sales focus
- Proven ability to exceed sales quotas and goals while providing excellent customer support in client facing environments
- Be adept at selling over the phone, via email, and/or through online audio and web conferencing
- Outstanding at maintaining a clean dependable quality CRM
- Must be comfortable with and proficient in conducting both individual and group sales presentations utilizing tools such as Zoom
- Time management, multitasking skills, and the ability to meet deadlines while effectively managing your calendar, inbox, and pipeline
- Professional verbal, written & interpersonal skills when communicating with co-workers and clients
Bonus points if you have:
- P&C Insurance Sales experience – especially if you have been a P&C Insurance Agents or top Producers within an agency
- Familiarity with insurance industry terminology and systems

- Managing the entire sales process from initial contact to closing the sale and handing off for onboarding
- Work the many inbound prospects generated from Agency MVP’s marketing department and/or Sales Development Representative team as well as competency with pipeline management and outbound engagement of prospects.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
