Customer Account Coordinator Job Responsibilities/Duties: As part of the Customer Support team, the Customer Service Coordinator will ensure that the customer's projects are executed flawlessly throughout the process cycle. From receiving the purchase order until the order is shipped to them. Clear and concise communication with the customers is key to success. Capturing the details needed by the customer should be clearly communicated to the operations team to assure the expectations are meet. Ensures that the customer's purchase orders are processed through the company’s pre-set procedures and managed throughout the process until they are shipped out. Key roles of a Customer Service Coordinator are; Requirements to Perform Job Responsibilities/Duties: · Excellent communication skills. · Excellent interpersonal skills. · Attention to detail. · Process driven. · Knowledge of MRP systems, and Microsoft Office. · Basic math skills including adding, subtraction, multiplication, and division. · Time management skills, and multitasking ability. · Prior experience in Customer Service. · Ability to work in a computer station for most of the day. · Knowledge of Supply/Demand. · Reliable, dependable, excellent attendance and willing to work hours required. Qualifications. Education and /or Experience. Bachelor’s degree is preferable but not required Language Skills Must be able to read, write, communicate and understand English. Ability to read and interpret documents such as bill of materials, specification sheets, packaging instructions and customer documents. Must be kind and courteous to assure the best customer service is provided. Mathematical Skills. Must be able to pass a basic math test if requested. Reasoning Ability. Ability to apply quality and practical business sense to resolve operational issues and offer suggestions on how to overcome them. Computer skills. To perform this job successfully an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office and MRP systems to be able to perform all activities required for the execution of the job.
