Through lecture and discussions, meditations, visualizations, and hands-on exercises, we work directly with our sense perceptions and the techniques of identifying color, sound, odor, and emotion as tools to perceive elemental balance or imbalance. We work directly with our current state of physical, mental, and spiritual health.
