If so, as a part of the KeyBridge Team, you will help design and develop fresh and personalized learning experiences.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Implement realistic 3D Human Characters with a focus on rigging
- Digital sculpting (ZBrush), retopology, UVing, and texturing
- Ensure that proper form, shape, structure, and silhouette are being applied to assets
- Work with the senior artists to prioritize production needs
- Analyze, test, and modify purchased assets as needed, including retopology or geometry cleanup of 3D scan assets and photogrammetry
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and be able to provide IDs/documentation for verification, as KeyBridge participates in the USCIS e-Verify program
- B.A. in 3D Game Design/Development/Computer Animation/3D Art or a related field
- Professional in human character rigs
- A portfolio showcasing your work and experience (YOU MUST PROVIDE A LINK TO YOUR PORTFOLIO TO BE CONSIDERED)
- Multiple functional character rigging assets (necessity)
- Strong knowledge of ZBrush, 3Ds Max/Maya, Unity/Unreal, and Photoshop
- Understanding of topology flow in relation to sculpting, rigging, and posing human characters and clothing
- Understanding of realistic character anatomy, including muscle and skeletal structure, anatomical landmarks, skin materials, expressions, and aging
- Intermediate to advanced understanding of the ZBrush interface, tools and workflows
- A technical-oriented mindset with willingness to troubleshoot complex problems and research as needed, with a desire to deliver refined work
- Willingness to communicate clearly and effectively with a team, including giving/receiving constructive feedback and flexibility
- Eagerness to continue to learn new skills and expand knowledge
- Organizational skills to manage workload and deadlines on multiple projects
ADDITIONAL DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Basic understanding of PBR workflow
- Knowledge of effective light mapping and baking
- Ability to create clear documentation explaining processes and tools
