Are you good with your hands? Do people call you capable and reliable? Trulite Glass & Aluminum Solutions, one of North America's largest architectural glass and aluminum fabricators and distributors, has an immediate opening for a production associate in our Indianapolis, IN facility.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

Our production associates make our facilities work. You’ll be cutting, tempering, insulating, warehousing and shipping. It’s hard work, in a manufacturing environment. It’s hot – we’re tempering glass, which requires 1100 degrees of heat. Full body safety equipment is a must.

We offer paid training.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

Required:

• The ability to lift 75 lbs. by yourself, 150 in tandem.
• The ability to accurately read a tape measure.
• The ability to stand for long periods of time.
• The ability to communicate, and to work as part of a team.
• The ability to work in an environment of 105 – 120 degrees of heat.

Preferences:

• A working knowledge of plant operations, computers, hoists, and lifts.
• Glass industry experience
