· State of the Art Equipment – All of our equipment is purchased brand new. The Mill department includes 4 axis Haas Mills, 2008 model year or newer. The lathe department includes multi axis, single and multi-spindle turning centers, with bar feeders; 2011 model year or newer from DMG MORI, HAAS and INDEX. We just expanded our Swiss department in February 2021, adding two brand new Citizen L12 machines.

To be considered for these exceptional career opportunities you must have at least the following:

· Ability to work second shift 3:30pm to 2:00am, Monday through Thursday

· High School Diploma or GED

· Working knowledge of computers and computer systems

· 3 – 5 years CNC machining experience preferred

· Demonstration of mechanical knowledge and skills will be considered if candidate does not have previous CNC machining experience

CNC Operator Essential Duties:

· Maintain efficient production on multiple CNC machines. Opportunities to work on mill, mill/turn, lathe, or swiss equipment. Placement dependent on previous experience.

· Pay close attention to detail to Inspect and measure parts using proper measuring device; detect for malfunctions. Record measurements on in process inspection reports.

· Perform hand finishing and cleaning of parts.

· Understand the material properties, proper tool usage, and how a tool wears in various conditions to keep the machine running efficiently.

· Willing to participate in lean and continuous improvement initiatives.
