Are you interested in starting your career with a family owned, industry leading company? Greenheck is growing our team! We offer basic manufacturing and on the job training to new team members. Training will take place on 1st shift before transitioning to either 2nd shift or 3rd shift. Our starting pay rate is $16.86 including shift differential. Greenheck’s team members work an 8-hour shift with voluntary or mandatory overtime.


Production Position Overview:

We value our team members and will provide opportunities to place them in different areas of our shops. Some of the jobs could be, but are not limited to:

  • Crating - Some of Greenheck’s products are larger than a standard size box. Our team members will use tape measures to measure wood to length, a saw to cut the wood, and a pneumatic nail gun to assemble our crates. To ensure safe delivery of our product to our customers.
  • Light Assembly - Greenheck’s air movement and air control products start out as a flat piece of sheet metal and are assembled into the large products that end up inside or on top of buildings. Team members who work in light assembly may use general hand tools or power tools to assist with putting units together.
  • Material Handling - Team members use forklifts to move material or product from one location in a facility to another. Anyone that drivers a forklift will receive training and certification through Greenheck.


Required Position Qualifications:

  • Ability to work 2nd shift or 3rd shift on a consistent basis
  • Stable work history
  • Enjoy hands-on, fast-paced work environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as a team
  • Comfortable using hand tools, power tools and pneumatic tools
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. repetitively throughout shift
  • Ability to sit, stand, or kneel for up to 8 hours, with or without a reasonable accommodation
  • Ability to pass the required pre-employment drug screen, background check and physical tests
