The salary range is $40,484 - $87,707 depending on education/experience plus a generous benefit plan. Purpose: The Elementary Behavior Interventionist works with the principal, school psychologist, and other team members to create a safe and positive learning environment. The Behavior Interventionist works with a high level of independence and professional discretion under the general supervision of the Special Programs Office and the school’s principal. The work is governed, controlled, and evaluated by acceptable professional practice, school and district policies and regulations, provisions of Oregon TSPC, direction of the
principal, and performance standards and expectations set forth in the collective bargaining agreement.
