The Americas Sales Strategy, Operations & Enablement (SSOE) team is building the future of sales. The SSOE team is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst with broad technical skills to partner with the Small & Medium Business (SMB) sales organization to increase adoption of Amazon Web Services as well as helping hyper-growth technology companies innovate and grow. This sales organization is at a critical inflection point in its charter within the Americas, and this candidate will play a key role in supporting the go-to-market strategy of this team.
As a member of this team, you will leverage strong data extraction skills to drive worldwide reporting deliverables, create ad hoc financial and sales performance analysis, support business planning, and implement operational and process improvements. The individual must have the ability to communicate effectively across multiple technical and non-technical business units, as well as across multiple geographies. Successful members of this team collaborate effectively to solve data and operational problems, implement new reporting solutions, and deliver successfully against high operational standards.

- Work with operations and sales leadership to support the go-to-market strategy of the Small & Medium Business (SMB) organization.
- Develop a deep understanding of sales metrics, reporting tools, and data structure to identify and drive resolution of issues, provide actionable intelligence with existing metrics or identify, develop, and propose new metrics, dashboards, scorecards or new tools.
- Develop relationships and processes with marketing, partner sales, field sales, business development, internal data teams, finance, sales operations, and other stakeholders to execute the operational priorities.
- Identify reporting issues, gaps in processes, and drive timely resolution.
- Create new tools and business processes that simplifies, standardizes and enables operational excellence.
