Position InfoThe Steward is responsible for washing, and organizing china, glassware, silverware, utensils, pots and pans per standards. Other responsibilities include maintaining proper storage of dish dollies, glass racks and flatware along with emptying and washing garbage cans. This position must maintain a high standard of cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen. QUALIFICATIONS:

• Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit, where applicable
• Able to handle high heat and moisture
• Previous experience preferred
• Meet minimum age requirement of jurisdiction
