AM Restaurant Server

The DoubleTree by Hilton is currently seeking AM Restaurant Servers for their newly renovated restaurant, Cafe 111.

The AM Restaurant Server position entails the following:

-AM Restaurant Shift Hours: 5:30am to 2pm, Daily

-Ability to greet and interact positively interact with guests.

-Ability to seat and alternate guest seating as necessary.

-Ability to take food and drink orders accurately and in a timely manner.

-Ability to serve food and drink orders accurately and in a timely manner.

-Ability to handle cash and make appropriate change.

-Ability to take additional payment methods, such as: credit/debit card, room charges, coupons/vouchers, etc.

-Ability to maintain a provided cash drawer.

-Ability to follow cash handling procedures as set forth by the company.

-Ability to adhere to standard hygienic and food safety procedures.

-Ability to follow directives, procedures and instructions provided by the Director of Food & Beverage and Executive Chef.

-Ability to complete the required side work, daily. Including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, wiping/sanitizing tables & surfaces, stocking restaurant items, rolling silverware, etc.

-Ability to troubleshoot standard restaurant equipment or technology a plus!

-Previous experience with Agilysys POS a plus!
