Orluck Organic is owned and operated by 2 sisters, a women owned company for over 17 years. At Orluck we work as a team and pride ourselves on detail and excellence in our work.

We offer an extensive training program in which you will learn about natural cleaning products, our standards and how to use our unique process.

JOB INCLUDES

Detailed house cleaning personalized to each client including, but not limited to tidying, dusting, vacuuming, wiping floors, occasional lifting of light furniture, windows, kitchen, bathrooms, making beds and some laundry.

Our clients are personally interviewed to ensure a safe and professional work environment.

REQUIREMENTS

• Use technology and products provided by Orluck
• Understand and implement Orluck procedures, processes, and standards
• Clear communication with team members and management
• Shared driving, gathering, and returning of supplies after each shift
• Cleaning 2-3 houses per day
• Driving to office, to all scheduled homes and back to the office
• Reliable car, current insurance & driver’s license required

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds safely
• Ability to work on feet for up to 8 hours a day house cleaning
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, reach, lift, climb (steps and step stool)
• Ability to sit while driving between cleaning locations

LOCATION

• Main office, Plymouth
• Area of service: West Metro and Minneapolis areas

PART TIME

• 2-4 days per week
• Monday-Friday, 8am - 5pm or 9:30am - 2:30pm
• 15 - 35 hours per week

WAGE

• $17 hour plus drive time & tips
• Pay increases, based on performance, up to $22 in your first year of employment
• Occasional bonuses, $150 bonus at 1 year
