• Insurance background preferred, but not required for the Bloomington office.

• Sales, leadership, and management experience required for the Licensed Sales Producer
• Licensed Sales Producer must have excellent communication, strong organizational and time management skills.
• Licensed Sales Producer must be self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
• Licensed Sales Producer must have a desire to be active in the Excelsior community.
• Must be willing to work toward getting the Property and Casualty, Life and Health insurance licenses.

• Training and mentorship will be provided. No insurance background necessary.
• This position will lead to other future career opportunities with Farmers insurance.

• The Licensed Sales Producer will work and train with a seasoned insurance office in Bloomington.
• The Licensed Sales Producer will cross sell to existing clients and also market to new clients.
• The Licensed Sales Producer must complete required online training plus any training given by mentor agent.
