Eaton’s Engineering Service & Systems Division is seeking an Aftermarket Sales Analyst to join our team. This position is based at our Galesburg, MI location.
The Aftermarket Sales Support Analyst is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely sales reporting in PowerBI, aftermarket ERP set-up including item master, PDH, product descriptions, and SPCN process, and supports provides leadership/support for the online presence initiatives for the aftermarket business. This role will support both Eaton and ECJV products in the execution of their duties.
The Sales Support Analyst also may lead, participate, or support other projects and activities as needed.

In this function you will:
- Provides accurate and timely sales reporting to the Aftermarket (sales reports, specific analytics, program tracking/reports, product related requests, and customer feedback).
- Manage the Aftermarket Oracle ERP new item set-up Process including product attributes, categories, e-commerce set-ups, product set-ups and product changes (obsolescence/replacements).
- Manage and participate in cross-functional teams with Warranty, Engineering, Tech Service, Field Sales, Product Management, Finance, Materials, Supply Chain, ECJV, and Operations in Product Change Committee meetings for legacy and ECJV Products to support the Service Strategy Requirements, CR/CO, SPCN, and E&O Processes.
- Assure reliability, accuracy, and relevancy of data in Power BI, C360, and ERP (Oracle).
- Monitor, measure and communicate sales analytics to the organization in multiple formats (excel charts, power BI, and power point presentations.
- Communicate with external and internal customers on a regular basis on sales reporting
- Communicate with external and internal customers on a regular basis on sales reporting, Service Parts Change Notices (SPCN’s), Program performance, and Program Requirements.
- Review processes and develop improved and automated solutions to ensure timely execution and improved efficiency.
- Manage BOM (Bill of Materials) changes with plants and product management.
- Monitor, measure and communicate sales analytics to the organization in multiple formats (excel charts, power BI, and power point presentations.
- Manage S9 Database for Inforanger Electronic Parts Catalog.
- Manage Aftermarket specific part numbers in product offering (restricted to service only).
- Control and maintain L-Letter documents, releases, revisions and obsolescence.
- Support EOC New Customer Set-Ups and PSM Set-Up Processes.
- Coordinate product changes/additions with Product Management personnel.
- Coordinate with Design Services and Specifications on the creation of New Items.
- Manage data and support of 4 Truck Product Lines and 4 Auto Product Lines – roughly 20,000 part numbers

QualificationsRequired (Basic) Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer or product support role or function.
- Legally authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship.
- No relocation is offered for this position. Only candidates located within 50 miles of Galesburg, MI will be considered for this position.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Oracle 11i, or equivalent ERP System
- Eaton Fuller Heavy Vehicle Products, Performance Auto Product Experience, and Mobile Power Product experience a plus.
- Experience with Power BI Analytic software
