Day Aerospace Staff Analyst 3Job Description:
Develops plans for long-range strategies, organizational goals, objectives and initiatives. Provides data for management review and tracking performance to plan. Develops, coordinates and assesses architecture of meeting content and leadership briefings. Conducts research and analyzes data from multiple sources. Delivers informational or technical materials. Researches and evaluates strategic organizational issues and identifies options. Provides strategic design, logistics and facilitation of large meetings/events. Develops and maintains the project schedule and budget. Monitors and tracks execution of the plan and communicates status to all project participants. Plans and coordinates organizational facility requirements. Develops and deploys localized training content.
Work hours: 7:00am – 3:30pm
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Utilize planning and tracking skill set, utilize data analysis, and partnering with OKC facilities and site integration team. Leverage skills in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint to support OKC site floor focals and pathfinder teams. Security Clearance not required
Qualification Requirements:
Former facilities experience preferred.
Candidates with experience as manufacturing planning, analyst or finance background have also excelled in this role
