Basic Qualifications : High School diploma or equivalent is required plus a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. Certification in assigned area of expertise preferred.

As the Advanced Production Training Associate, you’ll perform on-the-job training, skills training, and/or classroom training in assembly/production areas. We’ll expect you to participate in the development and implementation of new training programs. Acting as a SME for tools and systems, you may be required to introduce new processes and sequences for manufacturing areas. You’ll also maintain up-to-date rosters of training progress, examination records, and certification records. What you bring to the table:
  • High School diploma or equivalent plus a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
