Adult Group Home Clinician

In this role, the qualified candidate will be working with individuals age 22 years old and above in our Adult Group Home Services division. Our adult programs are located in the northern-central region of Massachusetts and serve individuals referred by Massachusetts DDS.

Devereux's adult programs offer group home services for individuals over the age of 22 with intellectual and developmental disabilities, Autism Spectrum Disorder, mental health challenges, trauma or attachment related concerns. Through our group home and placement services in the community, we help individuals learn the skills needed for independent living and making meaningful life choices. We provide supportive settings in comfortable home environments and ensure that individuals have access to services that are appropriate to their developmental level, and cognitive, emotional, and social abilities. Each person’s goals and strengths are integrated into an individualized care plan that promotes progressive independence.

We are seeking a clinician with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) experience and familiarity with Massachusetts Department of Development Services (DDS) procedures to provide clinical and case management services in our adult group homes located in Leominster, Sterling, and Templeton, MA. The Clinician works closely with the Program Coordinators on the implementation of Positive Behavior Intervention and Supports (PBIS) and supporting individuals in the homes.

• Master's Degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, Social Work, or a related field required
