Job Description
Responsibilities:
Set up and execute the admissions process
Recruit qualified candidates
Visit local colleges and universities
Prepare electronic advertisements
Work with marketing team to prepare and deliver a compelling message to a number of potential candidates
Advertise the program on social media
Keep track of detailed information for assessment purposes
Other responsibilities as needed
Qualifications:
The successful candidate will:
Have a sincere and genuine interest in impacting the world through preparing outstanding educators
Have a bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred, preferably in education)
Have impeccable writing and telephone skills
Be committed to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion not just in theory but also in practice
Understand the needs of adult learners
Be creative, nimble, and fast-paced
Work well on teams, collaborate
Have experience with data and a willingness to collect, analyze and present data
Be willing to pitch in in the interest of the team
Be able to set and reach goals
Be able and willing to travel
Work well independently
Admissions and/or higher ed experience a plus but not required
Have high and strong ethics, particularly but not limited to student information, files, and data
