Overview: Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and keyboarding skills
Desired Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and diagnostic procedures
  • Knowledge of insurance certification requirements
  • Working knowledge of healthcare registration procedures
Responsibilities: Communicates with customers and/or health care professionals to gather personal, demographic, financial, insurance and equipment information required to complete registration for outpatient, inpatient or equipment services, medical records, and insurance certification, verification, and billing/claim submission.
