We are looking for an experienced and technical Administrative Support Specialist to do the following tasks:
- Support staffing by initiating recruitment actions
- Create new hire records
- Respond to ServiceNow helpdesk inquiries
- Triage ServiceNow helpdesk inquiries
- Route cases to appropriate branch
- Utilize SharePoint reference/guides to form responses/routing/etc.
- Provide status updates to job applicants
- Consists of copy/pasting case notes in response or advising applicant about whether a certificate has been issued or not.
- More complex HR questions are routed to Staffing
- Reports to Updates
- Update employee's manager in the EHCM system when requested
- Help maintain documents on SharePoint when requested
- Answer incoming phone calls
Qualifications:
- Experience with ServiceNow
- Experience with Enterprise HR Personnel or similar Federal HRIS
- Experience supporting a Federal HR Staffing, Recruitment and Operations Team
