What You’ll Do:
Aftermarket Parts wants to attract and retain only the best candidates. Cross training among related positions and a team attitude, are essential to achieve our goals. Optimal candidate must be a self-motivated, strategic thinker, who possesses the ability to work both independently and with a team. This person must be reliable for 40 hours every week. Professional communication skills (both written & verbal); excellent time management skills; above-average computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite are necessary. This person will thrive in a fast-paced environment with the ability to prioritize multiple projects.

  • Assist Inventory Control Manager in all tasks for the processing of Freight Logistics, Return of Merchandise, Warranty Processing and Inventory Control
  • Light accounting work including accounts payable.
  • Accuracy required in a multi-tasking, fast past environment.
  • Data entry and data management in a warehouse distribution system.
  • Professional bearing required for interfacing with vendors and customers.
  • Maintain and control accurate inventory through receiving, pricing and adjustments.
  • Research and trouble shoot inventory variances with cycle counts.
  • Help with coordinating and scheduling bill of materials when needed.
  • Must be able to conduct weekly cycle counts in warehouse.
  • Maintain records of goods ordered and received.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel required.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing work priorities in a fast paced office setting which processes a warehouse operation data.
  • Small staff where teamwork experience must be capitalized on every day. Strong ability to communicate with and work with others is a must.
  • Experience with Logistics and/or Inventory Control would be a plus.
