Job Description
Administrative Sales Assistant:
  • Assisting his/her Direct Supervisor of the aforementioned Branch in the research and understanding of loan products, guidelines and requirements and all other administrative functions related to running the Branch Office.
  • Reviewing all loan documentation and approvals, following-up with Loan Officers of the Branch, clients and other appropriate parties to ensure all loan approval conditions are met.
  • Maintaining prospective client database and loan status pipeline updates to his/her Direct Supervisor.
  • Any and all other duties as required or assigned by his/her Direct Supervisor and/or Loan Officers of the Branch as necessary.
