POSITION DESCRIPTION

Administrative Manager

Visiting Angels is one of the premier home care agencies in Seminole County. We are currently searching for an Administrative Manager to work for our Sanford, FL office. Candidates must learn positions they will be over seeing. Successful candidates will have excellent customer service skills and must be detail/outcome-oriented. The ability to work in a fast paced environment with strong attention to detail is essential. As a member of our team, we support each other and cooperate as a whole to achieve our daily goals.

This position is responsible to overlook and manage scheduling, perform as a customer service representative, caregiver hiring process, accurately obtaining and entering all essential information needed to complete registration and scheduling processes (following standard business practices), and provide service to internal and external members of the Visiting Angels team.

Our office hours are Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm but we are available on-call 24/7. An appropriate candidate for this position will be required to be on-call with compensation.

Responsibilities & Requirements

  • Exceptional customer service skills, over the phone and in person, with our customers and staff members
  • Registration: collect, maintain and insure accuracy of information through the use of standard business practices.
  • Coordinate all necessary paperwork for registration, scheduling, and customer service follow up.
  • Hiring: Recruit, Interview, Orient and hire all new caregivers
  • Scheduling: understanding visit types and fundamentals of how to efficiently schedule for clients
  • Communication: communicate with clients and caregivers to ensure quality care and appropriate follow ups
  • Overseeing weekly client schedules and following-up to ensure successful communication
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Strong sense of urgency and problem solving skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects with superb accuracy
  • Ability to think creatively to solve problems
  • A strong sense of responsibility and reliability- our team only succeeds with the support of each individual

Qualifications

- Minimum 1-year management experience

- Customer Service experience is necessary

- Must be computer savvy and have the ability to learn quickly

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
